A couple of little changes~

 A couple of little changes~ First of all, HoP now has a spirit special (Don't forget it's a dagger type weapon here) and drops at 9.375% (3/32) from Love Rappy, Ultimate, skyly as opposed to 50%
Other drop rates have been left alone (1/317 I believe from Del lillies on other IDs)
PGF drop rates have been reduced as follows:
Viridia : 1/42, down from 1/36
All other IDs: 1/73, down from 1/64
Reason for this should be quite obvious, but if it isn't here you go: It was too easy to get. the difference in numbers isn't huge, but enough to make it appear less often.

Re: A couple of little changes~ yeah i know hahah funnily enough i used to have a dying hate for FO's back on GC and now i hate DF and use real flowens , viviene and poum hahah nah its all good love now HUneys have 2 weapons that can stand up against DF, TJS , DLS and BKB
