 Lucky Tickets/coins I got some coins from Raid on Central Tower, and it said that the staff was aware that the lucky coin machine was down, I was curious why the machine is down?

Removed from the game years ago.

Re: Lucky Tickets/coins It was another way to get State/Maintenance, and you could get a few weapons with unobtainable stats.
