Is there any way we can get more themes for the forums? All the options I see (Hermes, Xtreme, Subsilver) are dark (and honestly ugly IMO)

They all sport similar dark colors with little contrast between parts of the forums. This makes trying to find what you're looking for difficult.

I was hoping for something clean with high visibility between parts of the web page like the home page of Eden: http://edenserv.net/

I think it's in the best interest of eden to do this, as I've seen other private server forums with some awesome themes.
